You cant sell news stories that have data and cautious predictions. Where is the panic? Where is the impending doom? C'mon people , give me something to work with here…

I have spent the last decades looking for music that will make me feel, that will make me think, that will make me smile, that will make me cry, that will make me. and i have found it. that ellusive secret ingridient of good music, i have heard it, i have felt it. I dont know what to call it or how to define it, but here are a list of people who can give us some directions in our musical journey.

There is something drunk about his music, that I find extremely amusing. Not the violent blues drunk but a gentle tipsy cheap red wine afternoons in the front yard with the rest of the gypsies exchanging chords and melodies.

It wasn’t a sophisticated sound. It wasn’t complex, it wasn’t elaborating the story of the blues. Small lines. Bits . a couple of notes, a vibrato that never ends, another note. Its all he needed. Nothing to waste, nothing to take the attention off that mystifying sound, that twangy pitch and the abrupt almost laconic phrasing.

I love guns and roses. I have a weakness for white trash, and I love clichés. They actually have some semi decent songs if you are into these kind of things. Impressive guitar intros and one or two wicked riffs. But that is not the point.
